What is your service area?

We are based in the Vexin (Val-d'Oise) and primarily serve Île-de-France. Travel outside the region is possible depending on availability — contact us for a quote.

How long does setup take?

Setup takes approximately 45 minutes. We arrive before your event starts so everything is ready on time.

Is printing included?

Yes, printing is included in all packages. The number of prints depends on the package chosen.

Can photos be customised with our logo?

Absolutely. We create a custom overlay (graphic frame) with your event colours, logo, date or personalised message.

How does the online gallery work?

After the event, all photos are uploaded to event.flashvexin.fr with a personal access code. Your guests can browse and download them for 30 days.

Is an internet connection required on site?

No. Our equipment has a built-in 4G connection. No dependency on the venue's WiFi.
